Curatorial summary:

The word ‘insun’ in Sundanese language or ‘ingsun’ in Javanese language, means “I”. Spiritually the word ‘insun’ is an expression of the process of human life's journey in "knowing oneself".

The exhibition of  Self-Portrait #2 : 30 x 30 cm, showing 150 curated works, is an effort to depict self-portraits which not only function as a documentation of the artists' faces, but the "face" becomes the media in recording other things.  Through the faces presented in the artworks, it is to convey the artist's identity as a representation of their accumulated experiences, perspectives, environment and background.
- R. Lutfi Wiguna,  Exhibition Curator-
