A social and participatory project initiated by Nia Gautama,  held in Cilanguk Village, Dago, Bandung, West Java, in celebrating Kartini Day (national women emancipation day).
This project is about sharing and skill/knowledge exchange between the villagers and the city people.

Making Pizza from Cassava by Ibu Dedeh


Making Traditional Local Snack: Getuk Singkong (cassava sweat cake) and Ketan Ulen (sticky rice cake)

Mrs. Mei Suling, shared her skill and knowledge on how to produce cheese and yogurt from cow's milk. 
The milk is one of the village source of living. 

Ibu Eusi, shared her knowledge on ho to create bungkus ketupat (organic wrapping from coconut leaves). Ketupat is Indonesian traditional meal, made from steamed rice in the organic wrapping. Nowadays, not many people has skill to do this organic wrapping, since they can easily buy in the traditional market.
